Mr. Lasky served as Operations Manager for high profiled security firms in Chicago. Mr. Lasky is the pioneer in the Biometric Security Imision & Remote Video/Audio Monitoring.


Mr. Lasky licensed by the City of Chicago as a supervising electrician, registered electrical contractor, State of Illinois private alarm contractor, alarm contracting agency licensing, private security contacting and certified with various security technology manufacturers.

William Rodriguez President of Seal-Tight Protective Services, Inc. is an expert in security management and operations. His experience spans over twenty-nine years serving the security intelligence industry.

He has consulted extensively in the aviation, freight forwarding, technology, electronic manufacturing and transportation industries. He is a subject matter expert in Japanese international business. He has completed business abroad and in particular Australia.

Prior to joining STPS he served the Chicago Police Department working for several investigative units over a twenty-eight year period. He served as the Director of Security for the City of Chicago's Department of Aviation responsible for FAA regulation requirements, US Department of Treasury - Secret Service and US Customs practices and requirement training at O'Hare International, Midway and Meigs Field Airports. He also was a principal and owner of a guard service where he developed the practice into a successful enterprise by closing on many business opportunities.
