What Happens when my alarm system goes off ?

1. A signal is sent to the Central Station via your phone lines.

The system is so sophisticated we even know what "zone" or area of the house has been violated.

2. We call the premises to verify the signal.

We issue you with a unique password that you use to identify yourself to the Central station staff - use your password to cancel dispatch.

3. Dispatch Proper Authorities.

If there is no answer or if the person who answers the phone does not know the ID password, we then dispatch the proper authorities ( Police-Fire or Medical). Upon dispatch we place a call to the people listed on your "emergency call list" and inform them of the alarm activity.
The "Emergency Call List" information is required and collected prior to the alarm installation.
